There are many reasons why the football league has more to offer. The Championship. League 1 and 2 have more to offer to fans. As a Dagenham and Redbridge supporter myself i would rather watch a league 2 match rather than Premiership match. The atmosphere is so much louder, and with a average attendance of around 1900 you wouldn't believe so. I put this mainly to terraces which are available at League grounds. These make fans in my opinion feel part of the game and many people prefer to watch a game of football standing up anyway. At Dagenham everyone knows each other and is very friendly and it feels like a family coming together to cheer on there team. In the Premiership it is the club trying the endorse there brand and making money.

In the football league there isn't a big 4 like there is in the Premiership. In the Championship anyone can win the league and it is very hard to say that in the premiership with the usual suspects always in contention and for the last 2 seasons that being Manchester United. In the Football league it is so much more unpredictable, which makes it so much more entertaining which at the end of the day is the main point we love the sport so much. For a neutral there is much more to offer including more talking points and goals. I have to agree with the fact that the Premiership has better players with better abilities and skills but as they get to this level they don't understand fans passion and the love of winning of which puts them in a good mood until the next game.

In the Football League i believe is real football. in the Premiership footballers think there movie stars and something there not and paid obscene amounts of money. In the Football League, the traditional game is still there in abundance. Players flying into tackles and taking one for there team. Unlike in the Premiership where they only care about the latest model of Ferrari they are going to buy next. This leads me on to my next point, The Football League is cheaper to watch, being around 10 to the stadiums i have been to. The Premiership is far more expensive, and to sit a watch a game where the players are like Lego people running, around needing binoculars to see anything (maybe thats a exaggeration!), in these modern stadiums the seats keep going higher to accommodate the amount of fans the club needs to get through the gates to pay the players wages every week. The Football League is on the contrary from my experiences at Dagenham you can almost touch the players on the pitch its so close.

I understand that The Premiership has the world greatest players on show but i feel football is about something much more which i feel the Premiership has lost.
