In E-Squared, Trip and T'Pol have been married during a parallel time line after Captain Archer's original Enterprise was thrown back over one hundred years. Trip and T'Pol had a son, Lorian, who is still alive and well when the two parallel Enterprise crews meet. The encounter between Trip and T'Pol which gave birth to Lorian was aided by research done by the Doctor Phlox who lived on the second Enterprise, while it caught up to the current Enterprise after the hundred and some years of separation.
While in the parallel time line, Doctor Phlox fathered nine children, and Hoshi had a couple of offspring as well. Malcolm however had been unable to find a human or alien partner, and in that time line he apparently died without progeny or marriage. Jonathan Archer did meet and marry an alien female and had t least one child, grandchild and great-granddaughter, Karyn Archer, played by Tess Lina. Karyn Archer explains that Jonathan had rescued her great-grandmother, an Ikaaran woman named Esilia, after the Ikaaran ship had been trapped in an anomaly field.
Unfortunately, the Enterprise ship and crew, which survived for over one hundred years in the parallel time line, is lost or destroyed during the trip through and battle within the subspace corridor. The original trip through the corridor had thrown the Enterprise back in time.
Lorian is the captain of the Enterprise ship which returns from the past. However, he violently disagrees with the original Captain Archer about how to prevent the Xindi weapon from killing millions of humans on earth. Several unidentified characters, many of them human, are shown in an aborted attempt by Lorian to steal parts from the original Enterprise, so that Lorian could carry out his plan. The original Captain Archer, who long ago died in the parallel time line, now must battle his own century old ship and the crew of progeny and aliens who joined the parallel Enterprise.
Travis Mayweather learns that he married a female commando crew member, however, their progeny is not mentioned. There is an apparent human male called Greer who seems to be a descendant of someone on the original Enterprise, however, I do not recall if his ancestry was identified.
It is never really shown in this episode if the parallel Enterprise was destroyed by th Kovaalans during the current trip though the corridor, or perhaps it returned somehow to the Delphic Expanse where it had survived the past century. Archer and T'Pol provide another speculative outcome: Since the original Enterprise made it safely through the corridor this time, while still in the current time line, perhaps the parallel Enterprise never existed at this new point in time!
