"Kiss the Darkness"
I'm slowly being driven
To taste the forbidden fruit
Is this urge from within myself
Or does it have deeper roots?
Oh I don't know. I really don't know.
It creeps over me late at night
With fingers made of mist.
I wanna crack my head on the wall
Beat the door down with my fists.
My mind is cloaked in blackness
My body is covered with anger.
I want to kiss the darkness.
You drive me insane.
Sometimes I just can't stand it
Gonna open up and roar.
What the hell is going on around here?
I was never like this before.
Oh no no never never like this before.
Restless visions of desire come and
Haunt my restless dreams
Oh why why why why won't someone
Come and tell me what this means.
I'm soon to hit the pits
Don't even wake me when it's over
I want to kiss the darkness
You drive me insane.
I think it's much too late
To turn my face and eyes
Grab me by the nape of my neck
And shake me until I'm wise.
Oh yes I'm wise. I'm very very wise.
I need something or someone
To pound some sense into my empty soul
How come when I close my eyes
Is the only time I'm whole.
I'm flirting with madness
Getting closer by the minute
I want to kiss the darkness
I'm going insane.

Is this urge from within myself
Or does it have deeper
Listen all and listen well
For I have a sad, sad tale to tell
of love and darkness, yes it's true
They can co-exist for me
by Dylan Gilman
Listen closely
I do not judge you
but I can see you
and I most certainly
know you
Underneath it all
you are very small
and if
Her heart is broken
What have you done?
These words, unspoken
All act as one
In her mind you seemed so perfect
In the light you
by Jon Coe
Facing darkness, in love
ticking loudly, my dove
Seconds, fly, away
hours, turn, into day
Blindly tunneling, to dark
heart leads,
