OUR MAGIC
sing to me about what lasts forever
bring to me your favorite belongings
light candles while
the room vibrates
with light
red, shining
kiss this mess
our words are soft
linger between
hands wandering
bodies of safety
that rise
float inside desire
for love
the kind we swear
will never sleep
golden sheets
wet with sweat
hot then cold
we keep what
belongs to us
what will bring
us where we belong
where we crave
circles
with no beginning
no endings
infinite worlds
painting a color
this day
next year
the hours that rest
between us

Poetry: Magical thoughts

Jack and the Sea Maiden
The sea was rough and choppy,
The water swirled and churned,
Jack, a long time sailor,
Had reason to
thought she was a dancer
a mystical kind of prancer
the apple of her daddy’s eye
spinning rainbows out of sunsets
a sorceress
Magic
Twining slightly in my fingers
On the tips the occult lingers
The spell is wrought
The storm is not
Tingling softly
by Victor Dell
"Magic Mistress"
The wind is my strength, the air is her fuel, like a woman, she can be kind or cruel.
She's my lady of day
magical thoughts are
special thoughts you think,
made up thoughts,
and cool thoughts
