Twinkle, Twinkle Rating Star
How I miss you, as you are
Like a beacon in the night.
You keep me smiling as I write.

First you're there, then you're not.
Perhaps my writing's not so hot.
Please come back another day
So Helium raters can have their say.

They love me, no - they love me not
Those raters with whom I've cast my lot.
Give my back by Rating Star
I will worship you from afar.

When it's my turn to rate your work
I promise that I won't find a quirk.
I won't flag your heartfelt poem,
Send you comments, critique or scorn.

No, I'll rate your poem Far Better than Most,
Even if I think it's toast.
I'll rate and rate and rate some more,
Five thousand rates should make the score.

That will keep my rating star
Twinkling like lightning bugs in a jar.
Twinkle, Twinkle Rating Star,
How I wonder what your are?
