To camp is to enjoy the great outdoors, around a campfire, under the stars, and with a great calmness one cannot get anywhere else in the world. To tent camp brings one to believe, as you get older, that one more night of this and moving around will be non-existent. There are those that can camp for days in a tent, and for them that is a great thing. Most of those that do this type of camping are usually younger than 30, and have not had the opportunity to catch a few winks in the luxury of an RV, or have known no other camping but that in a tent.
Camping is one of the few things left in this world that give great pleasure without spending your life savings. Taking a vacation in a camp ground for a week seems far better than spending thousands of dollars to go to Disneyland, and coming home only to find you need another vacation to unwind and rest up from the vacation you were just on. When camping there is nothing to do but relax and take in nature as it is in its purest form providing your not getting up off the ground after spending the night in your tent. If you get a good night sleep in your fine luxurious 5th wheel, or other type of camper as you should, the next day seems so much brighter and your energy level is so much higher that a good hike, or long walk seems effortless.
Tent camping has always seemed so primitive, and after a few years of doing so it became very apparent to be just that, primitive. Even the use of a tent camper got to be less than desirable, it was not until sleeping in an RV for the first time that it is was realized what the camping experience was really about. Resting and relaxation was the name of the game here. When a person could get out of his bunk and actually walk to the bathroom without a limp or waver. The fishing experience even became delightful. The nightly experience of the breeze coming through your window blowing ever so slightly as you lie in your ever so comfortable bed feels so cool it takes your breath away. You can only get such a feeling camping in an RV its the only true camping experience there is after having done the tent camping, the tent camper camping, and even the camping on the ground close to the campfire camping.
There is nothing better than camping in luxury, and actually being refreshed enough when you get home to be able to go to work and not even need another day to recoup all because of the RV experience.
