Every girl envisions their wedding day from the time they are old enough to dream. Weddings are meant to be magical and women are constantly fighting to make their wedding as magical and memorable as how they invisioned it when they were little girls. Thus, having to compromise your vision for cost can be disheartening. The cheapeast route to go is to choose a date that is out of peak season and on a weekday or a Sunday rather than a Saturday. But who wants their wedding on a wednesday in January?
You should not have to compromise your vision and your wedding date is a large part of your weddings over all feel and can drastically increase or decrease budgetary confinments.
Month
Spring-Summer: If you have your mind set on a spring or summer wedding the best thing that you could do is choose early spring (March) or late summer (August). If you choose the middle of these seasons you will pay the maximum price. But if you do not want to have to compromise than you should consider playing with week days or sundays rather than taking your wedding out of peak season.
Winter-Fall: Winter is more flexible so if you have a winter wedding in your heart your already looking at reduced prices and will not have to compromise your vision. Winter is also cost effective for vendors and as long as you choose foods that are in season which may be difficult then food costs can stay low. If you even integrate holiday food favourites this may add a nice touch and be cost effective. The fall is quickly becoming the new wedding season. September and October are popular months for fall weddings. If you do not want to compromise your vision of beautiful fall colours than look into early November. It will be cheaper and if you take pictures in a park like setting you will still get an abundance of fall leaves before the winter chill. Also choosing vegtables that are in season would be more effective and fall-inspired centrepeices are generally cheap to make since nature produces beautiful inspiration naturally and these things are easily integrated.
You can change the day of the week that your wedding is and not have to compromise your seasonal visions. This is an excellent option.
Day of The Week
Monday-Thursday: This is generally an unrealistic option. Although it would be the most cost effective, this is a large compromise and drastically reduces the number of guests that are available. But have no fear, you have other options!
Friday & Sunday: Fridays and Sundays are not your typical
