Human Rights are Often Confused with Civil Liberties

Human rights the right to shelter, clothing, food, and education, reasonable health care, yes those are available to every citizen of the United States Of America, are they all provide by the Government no but and a America there is a sprit of charity that can be found no where else and the world the people of the United States weather it be the church, a famous person a upstanding business or just Joe blow next door, some one will see that the basic human rights are made available.

Some like to over look the sprit of charity in this Country and blame the government for not doing more once again we live and a Country of a Government made of the by the people, so when a Citizen or organization or individual person see a shot coming and the area of basic human rights and steps and to plug the hole, at the point the problem is resolve would I like government too play a bigger role of course, as this article is being written somebody just ask for half of prescription of a life saving medication. A student just got turn down for finical aid based on his parents' income, and knows his parents cannot afford him and higher education. A child and a rural are will go the bed hungry because rural areas have a harder time helping one another compared to metropolitan areas.

When it comes to human rights and America we must ask how we can better improve on what we already have, this is still the country a poor immigrant will sell his freedom to reach. How can we best assist the unfortunate or the ones who fall through the cracks we need a more humane system and some areas of social services. We will turn a mother away that one dollar over the poverty limit this is more stupid the inhumane we need to be more real in human when it's a situation that needs to be approach from a more realistic view then a quota because the person protecting the quota is probably looking out for a bonus or a promotion.

Unfortunately there are people in public and private sectors who still by the first rule of survival self preservation as being the first law of nature if I overlook your dollar I might not get my end of the year bonus, that's why it's been suggested that the government let charities have these funds and distribute them but many cry foul because it gives people the chance to be greedy. And so many times this is true but we cannot let a few bad apples destroy the whole bushel.

Human rights are alive and well and America we just need to polish off the rough edges and find a way to reach rural areas now civil liberties that we often confuse with human rights are in risk of disappearing we should take a closer look at this and not let what made America great die to fear.
