"The Song in My Heart"
I walk around,
This lonely town,
Singing,
To myself.
I wander aimlessly,
Searching for something,
That never seems
To surface.
Suddenly,
I hear it.
The thing for which I long,
The one I was not living without.
It's the song,
In my heart,
The opens my eyes,
And awakens my love.
This small, lonely town,
No longer seems drab.
My eyes have opened to it,
And my heart knows it's true.
The music of my heart,
Has saved my hope.
