Somethings on my Brain
Take whats yours just another expression
So bloody and narrow- can you remember the past as it was yesterday? Well don't waste your time, let it go make it as though you threw it from a window..
You dig with your own shovel-
A moments truth is sweet, it clings to you like love- And just won't let go, you judge man, you lose take it from me I know the truth..
Tasteless I can sense
But its freedom you miss most
I can see the changes you make
Looking into those deep brown eyes
It's the looks the dreams
That other man despises
Lost among the rest for eternity, just as life passes before your eyes the lies I taste from your mouth fills my dying soul for decades of pain caused by me and I can only sit back and apologize for another day
Glass tears away the flesh
As a napalm explosion was shown
Through billions of betrayals
Caused by the aftermath
Like a suicidal heart attack
Now for you it's safe to say
I don't care when I die
Jesus is a savor beg him you didn't open his door the white door of sorrow that would have allowed you to live to strive- why die when you could have lived stay with me as the white lights fade- Darkness arrives you then realized what you had, you are not breathing a dream but still dead. the black door to honesty..
Brake the skin to show a blackened soul so scared of his own shadow, he could never understand- honesty, love- the reason to why we live the reason for wisdom, lets just get the day done look up to the sky, try once again to view the sun. Before you lose those gleaming eyes that never close- sleep look deep try to define all your lies..Understand me-
Focus on truth you believe
That you conceived inside
That tiny warped mind
To dense to heal man
But thanks for trying
Revoked all my sins
That doesn't matter to you
The feelings mutual
I sit back and laugh
At the ugly smirks
You show on your face

Empty.
Sitting by computer desks
wishing, hoping, praying
are loads of little empty lives

I talk real hip
I measure my life in cigarettes
I have no worries
I have no cares
