Most people are aware those ads you see all over the internet stating "Make $75 - $100 Per Hour Posting Ads For Google" are hiding something. While Joe Friday on Dragnet may quote "Just the the fact's mam" Many internet advertisers are giving you half the facts. They're advertising are hanging out their "CATCH" sign to entice you to their website in hopes of selling you something. I've visited many of these websites and read their materials. After finishing, I still had no idea what was being sold to me? Flashy but vague sale sites like these abound on the web, luring you in with the promise of great wealth by following some simple steps.

The truth is, while a great deal of these ideas can work, it doesn't happen over night. Writing ads and posting ads for Google involves writing blogs or starting websites then posting google ads on your page. What they forget to tell you is the follow up campaign of marketing your website so thousands, if not millions, of people will visit your site and click on the ads. Email marketing, search engine submitting, blogging, word of mouth, and posting on sites such as Myspace or Facebook are all parts of this marketing plan. How many of us are knowledgeable in these areas though? This where most people also fail in their internet adventures. Marketing takes time and perseverance and most people are not willing to take the amount of time it requires to promote a website. You've already paid someone for this information though, so it doesn't matter to them whether you succeed or not.

Other sites might guarantee that you'll make $100 in the next 24 hours and it'll cost you absolutely nothing! Wow, how can you lose? In reality you can't. But there's a catch. You start your business as they prescribe and next day you'll see $100 sitting on your website balance sheet, along with a little note that says it requires a $200 minimum to be released. So you've either wasted your time setting up a business or you continue on. Naturally if you want your money you'll have to continue with the program. Here's where the websites owner makes his money. Now you pay for programs to boost your website and insure your place in the internet marketing community.

One popular form of online business promotion is the cookie cutter method. This deals with you beginning a website just like the one you're own now and selling the same concept to someone else. Think about it. If you thought it was good enough to try why wouldn't someone else? As with all internet marketing businesses, the concept is sound, the reality is something less than ideal.

The thing to remember in these and all internet marketing endeavours is great wealth does not happen overnight. It takes time, money and patience. There are dozens of E-books available for free on the internet that will teach you how to use E-Bay, how to block, how to write for success and more. Try these first if you're really looking for your niche on the net. If you still have a dream of make $50 - $100 an hour find a business you enjoy and keep at it. It's hard to find an original idea on the internet so you've got a lot of competition. Keep plugging away and perhaps one day your efforts will be rewarded.
