What grand mysteries does this great sea hold
Of seamen and pirates and legions of gold?
She roars as her waves reach up to the shore
Perhaps seeking more victims to adorn her floor.
Her white peaks rise up as if to bow,
Exerting all the pride that they will allow.
They rise towards the sun with a glistening glow
Ne'er divulging the horrors that lie down below.
Her beauty alluring, her treasures her bait,
That call the young men that fall to their fate.
"Come to me," she says, "there will be hardships and strife."
"I will tell you my secrets but it will cost you your life.

Who is colored
By the skies
Who is salted
By earth
Who is easily
