I am so very glad this issue is now free to discuss, for as the old, tried and true, though considerable silenced and unsuccessfully investigated saying goes, in part... Follow the money, not some of it, I mean all of it, wherever that may well take you and I assure you, you will not like it...

So with that said, and most people's wallets being ever near and dear to their heart, mind, and reasons for most if not all current forms of stress crime, deviancy, and yes insurmountable "Greed", for any reason when deemed appropriately to be harmful, as most if not all run afoul of its necessity can well attest when even the most basic of needs and justice are not met when you run short of it.

Try this angle on for size, and see where it leads you, for all mentioned in its contents are not only legally accurate to date, historically provable, unilaterally applied in by some means or another, or in a pinch for the unfortunate soul to whom it is used as a tool for, "Gasp, Dishonesty" and yet further "Greed"... It has been built into the very fabric of all US State and local law as a means and ends to justify "Treatment." That one cannot nor ever will afford, for reasons you will find readily apparent...

Now, this is a small town tale, that for obvious reasons, is a Big-Time American Issue, no not some, or a few, but if you again do your homework and follow the money, well you will see where it leads you, it is all freely accessible, if you know where to look, and look no further than your wallet and your Medical Bills and Insurance Premiums and the fine drastically Legally Binding Print of American Law, and yes even International Treaty through use of the "Brain Drain" to guarantee U.S. Citizenship through Census Statistics applied Visa Status, and removal should any glitches apply...

But, again you need only look at what is readily available to connect the dots in even a population so small as that of Logansport Indiana, who in 1833 Laid the Lot of Land to Finalize Building of the then, "State of the Art" Asylum for the Mentally ill all of whom in residence upon its final completion and the surrounding 3 other similarly constructed Federally, State, Government controlled Asylums treated, the then acclaimed Diagnoses du jour, "Organic Brain Disease." For which at the time the only truly sure fire way and long practiced use and means of treatment was on up to 1960 Pre-Frontal Lobotomies...

Strangely enough this comes as a direct though at the time unproven though then
