Vigilante law enforcement in the United States of America would be highly detrimental to the justice of the people. The substantial gap between individual citizens belief in justice coupled with the average lack of knowledge about US law creates a unsafe and hazardous ground for justice violations. community Biases create unlawful tilts in the scales of justice.. In order to truly appreciate the dangers of Vigilantism it is necessary to consider the individual beliefs of those who would become the vigilantes.

Considering that each individual in a community has a different idea of what is wrong and what is right it is clear that giving each individual the right to act on those beliefs creates a dangerous, violent unpredictable society. First consider the Belief in the Bible, WorldNetDaily.com states that "a new poll indicates most Americans 63 percent believe the Bible is literally true and the Word of God. " (http://www.wnd.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=4395 7). This means that 63 percent of americans believe that it is ok and in fact right to kill anyone who attempts to "entice" them into following another god (DEUT 13;6-10). Or to kill one who "has gone and served other gods and worshipped them" (DEUT 17;3-5). At least 63 percent of americans believe that justice is when a "life shall be for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot"(DEUT 19:21). vigilantism would give 63 percent of americans the perceived right to punish any woman who wears "any-thing that pertains to a man"(DEUT 22;5). Enacting Vigilantism would give 63 percent of americans the perceived notion that they can kill anyone who works on the Sabbath work including travailing more than a mile, using electricity, one biblical character is even killed for "gathering sticks on the Sabbath"(NUM 15;32). Not only will these people believe that it is their holy right and requirement to "punish" citizens for these clearly harmless activities vigilantism will also leave out clear criminal errors for the sights of these 63 percent. The Bible condones slavery, (Lev 25;44), mass murder of women and children (NUM 31;17) and other such atrocities which clearly and blatantly oppose the Us constitution and law. the enactment of the a vigilante system in the united states would result in hundreds of thousands of needles absurd deaths and punishments. farther more the Biases of the people would create a unjust nation.

Because compared to the individual mind our current system of law looks
