How do I get my Helium articles rated to the top?

In order to maximise their chances of having their Helium articles rated to the top of the titles they write to, the Helium writer has to take in to account a great many different considerations. They have to bear in mind everything from the title to which they are writing and how relevant their article and its content is to same, to the quality of information on the subject which they provide for the reader, to the correct structure, grammar and spelling within the textual body of their article.

The title to which a Helium writer is writing is a lot more important than many writers may realise. It is entirely possible to misread a title and write what it is ultimately a somewhat or even totally inappropriate article as a result of this error. The Helium writer should note the title very carefully, therefore, and consider exactly which types of articles are requested for same before even considering the content and structure of their piece.

The content of the relevant article is of course extremely important when we are considering how to get a Helium article rated to the top of its title. The content should be fresh - never copied from elsewhere on the Web or beyond - interesting and informative to the reader. It should provide the reader with some new information of value upon the subject and leave them feeling glad that they read the article and that they have benefited from doing so.

The Helium writer also has to be very careful to edit their finished article and pay very specific attention to the structure of their paragraphs, their grammar and their spelling. Deficiencies in any one of these areas can turn the reader and person rating the article off and cause them to rate the article unfavourably, perhaps simply for this very reason alone. Do not rush this process, therefore, but afford it the due time and attention that it both deserves and requires.

These procedures will all stand the writer in good stead when it comes to getting their article rated to the top at Helium but of course there are never any guarantees. There may be other writers writing to the title who are following exactly the same set of rules and guidelines. This is where the Leapfrog facility on Helium comes in to play.

If we have an article which is live on Helium and it is not performing particularly well after a reasonable period of time, despite the high hopes we had for it, we should invest some time in considering why this may be the case. Read the articles rated higher and attempt to determine why they have a higher standing. We should then consider how we may improve our original article to better compete with them, make the necessary adjustments and submit the new and improved article via the Leapfrog facility.

If we bear in mind all of these points and keep track of our articles and how they are performing, we stand a far better chance of having our articles rated to the top at Helium and enjoying all the benefits which that entails.
