There are professionals who believe that work is only going to get engaged within the time and develop the tasks that were instructed to perform. In a way it also be correct, but is also the only activity that can exert, at least until someone do something beyond what this business does.

Work is not simply to conduct the activities for which we were nominated and meet the required hours. We must be pro-active, learn to listen and interpret everything around us, the behavior of fellow employees, customers and especially our attitudes. Through these observations could be verified the needs of individuals, means of support, faster, more flexible and work for the involvement and satisfaction of all.

There are professionals with specific skills and competencies and that are distinguished from each other. Obviously, there are those who have an admirable competence to discuss certain issues, but often they lack sufficient skills to deal with people or situations innovative and responsible for breaking of paradigms within the organization.

Both situations are reversible. A common mistake seen in the labor market is on the professional believes that it always knows about everything. Study considered unnecessary, if you upgrade, learn with colleagues, participate in training courses, lectures and seminars in addition to not having the habit of doing self-assessment of their skills and expertise to find points of need for improvement.

Everyone must go through refresher courses and through constant training, both in areas directly related to their activities, are correlated and those that influence the outcome of the work or personal life. Courses, training and other forms of training in order to qualify, covering topics such as recycling, quality of life, bullying and motivational talks are important because they present new views on the working environment and behavior.

Topics related to your specific area such as marketing, sales, quality, logistics, trade, security, computers, add information to improve the activity carried out directly while the other matters referred to complement the skills and work for the professional interacts with other fields of activity and provide a better strategic vision.
