Redeem the leader that exists in each, is nothing more than a matter of choice (subject of one of our recent "news").
I have argued that outside there where people will want, the skills of the leader can be trained and more than that, redemption.
During the events that we call lead on the participants (entrepreneurs, managers and even professionals who occupy positions of leadership or not), to reflect on the following:

You are leaders or are not leaders?
You guys are leaders and leaders?
Leadership is for everyone?
Leadership is something to be won in the individual or there?
Beforehand ratified my original position that we are all leaders, since the really want.
Piamente believe that the Creator made us all perfect.

The environment in which to grow and develop our vector is directed to different areas of expertise, highlighting one or another skill.
Certainly, as with all rules, this also happens exceptions.
However, since children who commanded their friends in games and other forms of play, are more likely to assume positions of command as adults.
Of course there is space in the organizations, institutions and authorities only to masters and there are followers.
Some are followers as a matter of do not like to be in situations of evidence, others because they lack determination and even some for not having adequate weapons.

It is vital rescue attitudes and habits that are vital to the exercise of leadership such as:
- VISION
- COMMUNICATION
- DETERMINATION
- COMMITMENT
- Intuition and
- SUCCESS.

The VISION is a powerful weapon.
To cultivate the leader VISION is different from the others because instead of seeking immediate answers and simplistic, it creates alternative solutions that provide broad and durable.
The VISION is the ability to "travel by seas never before navigated, ie thinking about situations and little or no known alternative.
Have VISION is thinking about the future and above all, transform it into reality.
There is much talk in communication, however it is very poorly used in organizations. The problems that occur daily in business confirm the previous sentence.

The leader to succeed, you need to know is communicating effectively.
Attitude key to the exercise of leadership is to determine.
The determination and strength to guide winners towards their goals, overcoming all kinds of obstacles and barriers.
Leaders who use the DETERMINATION generate the confidence that if the desired results are achieved.
Regarding COMMITMENT undoubtedly another factor is extremely necessary for the exercise of leadership.
Means to commit to the most intense that you can imagine, is to dedicate themselves fully to what is desired.
Commit to is, have faith, believe, belong, no doubt that part is so full of the project or activity that is executed.

The intuition is little to gain the space next to the male, because for a long time was considered a feminine quality and therefore not suitable for men.
Do so is to deny that the man also has feelings, and therefore sensitivity, intuition.
The intuition is very much related to the VISION and cultivate both, the leader is projected toward new achievements.
Success is what we all want.
However, many people only want, or do nothing to earn it.
Success has always been, is and will be available to all, but it does not occur by chance.
It is essential that the leader pursue, win and keep success.
