In the era of the third millennium, in a way relate to real, educated, honest, friendly, respectful, loving, friendly, patient, sensitive, courteous, caring, friendly and gentle, with a pillar to empathy, the politeness and appreciation for all that around us, is the trump card.

I emphasize that in the business world, we must recognize that this lady of the third millennium, known as kindness, in addition to time and voice wherever you are, leads to the professional focus, allowing it to make a difference.

Thus, the work of the third millennium must be kind to everyone within the organization in which it operates, regardless of who is occupying the position and, therefore, from the janitor to the board and all deserve to be treated with kindness.

Similarly, a nice addition to ennoble themselves, attract, acquire, retain, retain and keep all stakeholders, contagious because everyone involved, leading them to add skills, efforts, knowledge and talents in support of the same line , thus achieving, results than expected, so the kindness, in addition to providing a work environment pleasant and harmonious, also contributes towards the professional awakening, create values, to think and rethink their practice, performing the exercise of its function in pleasurable, and it is donating supplies of body and soul, making partnerships, creating, loyal, sharing and maintaining "links", forming bonds resulting from integration of commitment and involvement, which contributes and beyond efficiency, achieving efficiency, which results, the shoot called success in everything that is proposing to do.

Also is well known that small gestures of kindness make all the difference, since they have the power to transform the human being, the company and the world therefore bring real magic, able to charm people around her, able to change an entire context, in addition to ease difficult times full of tension and unease, and is capable of converting any hostile behavior in friendly, able to convert on humanization and dehumanization that is good not only to the soul of the people but the company as a whole. Thus, in addition to generating well-being, has the power to render good "fruit" to all involved, and therefore is extremely important place in our worship and practice the great virtue called courtesy and gentleness this is all required to triumph.

In business only the best will stay around here longer. The worst one will always fade to dust.
