Don't ever talk to stranger,
don't trust the man next door.
Don't let anyone see you falling apart,
fall silently to the floor.
Don't ever cry out loud,
No one should see your tears.
Don't let it show when you are hurting,
it would reveal all of your fears.
Don't be foolish, and believe that people really care,
in the end you will stand alone.
No one that ever promised to stay
will be there when the tears come.
Don't be surprised when they turn and go,
stop reaching for a hand.
No one will be there to catch you,
forever alone is where you stand.

A nudging
