WHEN PIRATES COME TO VISIT ME
When pirates come to visit me
I send them straight back out to sea
If any start in to swashbuckle
I'll soon be rapping on their knuckle
If Blue Beard comes and yells "Avast!"
I'll shave his beard off, clean and fast
When Captain Morgan stops for rum
Off he goes, I give him none
When pirates came to steal my dinner
They soon were gone, one missed dinner thinner
When sneaking in the window they came
I chased them back to the Spanish Main
If in my living room they stroll
They're soon in chains, down in my hold
When they run up their Jolly Rodger
They find that I'm a tough old codger
In my house pirates I don't allow
No shots fired across my bow
No horn pipe jigs, no "Walk the Plank"
Or naughty pesky pirate pranks
For in my house
It's plain to see
There's room for one pirate
And that pirate's me
