Another sleepless night, so serene but lonely.
I raise my eyes to the heavens, going endlessly,
with the mystical moon's splendid celestial sheen,
hovering amidst the clear, infinite sky's scene.
Like a mortal endowed with a free will's domain,
to dare, to care, to dream, to sing an endless hymn,
to smile, to sometimes sigh, to laugh and always love
with a sound mind, a single soul, and a tender heart.
Like a poet sailing on the river Lethe,
lost in the blanket of the night, longing for love,
hoping for a miracle but seeking in vain,
searching for burning words but drowning in oblivion.
I can hear the piano weaving a thousand love songs
and the last melody, with a lovely note, ends.
A pure spirit still dwells in my heart,
like a white dove's innocence, free and soaring high.
All through the cold night, until the glorious break of dawn,
I tried to recall the enchantment of your voice,
not a grave reproach but a laudable sonata,
echoing endlessly in my mind, like a rhapsody.
Allow me to explore uncharted territory,
embark like a fugitive in an odyssey,
seek repose from boundless toils, forlorn destiny,
and to grin, if not sigh, to conceal a rampant heart.
But the night's plight won't end to weariness within,
unfathomed, however, it's fresh and sweet as spring,
as strong as a citadel and an infinite love's torrent.
Goodnight, my love...twilight echoes your bitter adieu.

Goodnight my Love
Goodnight my love the bleeding twilight dies swift
Overshadowed by night’s dark air brushed monotone

Give me a smile and no more cries
