Listening to music at work can be very calming, especially for those with an extremely dreadful job. Music can be an actual mood changer. Think about it for a second, you don't necessarily have to be an employee to figure this one out, just think about a trip to your local favorite shopping center. Now picture it with no music just loud shoppers everywhere, with the manager blurring out announcements, kids screaming, carts squeaking - your shopping day has turned into a nightmare. Now picture you're shopping with music, feet tapping to the beat, people singing along and bopping their heads. Your day of shopping has now done a 360; you will find yourself more at ease and as for the employee who's stocking those shelves and helping customers, a day of work can be very stressful. I find myself coming across rude employees all the time, or I find myself looking around the whole store before even finding an employee, but maybe if that employee's favorite hit song is played once an awhile it can change.
Music can be used in many different ways, you can use music to energize and enhance attention, and to proper your pH levels, or just to soothe you, with music part of your everyday life it can change you as a being. People may argue the fact that it's distracting while working, but most people tend to forget about the luxury of music with all our different varieties today, you can have music for any setting. But always remember people have different taste so you have to like what's being played.
When music is on, I'm motivated. If it's a night jog, it gives me that extra boost to run that extra mile, a day at work flew by, a night out with friends turned out to be a blast!, a nice romantic date was amazing - music changes everything.
Can't fall asleep at night try some classical music. Want to make your sex life a little more wild? Put your favorite groves on and dance all night long! Stuck in traffic? Pop in your favorite CD or put on your favorite station and party right in your car. Had a rough long day take a nice hot bath? Listen to music forget all about it.
Experiencing music by yourself or with company, either way you're happy. If you're by yourself you can sing along, loud and carefree, especially for those or can't hold a note. If you're with someone else you can sing together and dance. Either way you're happy.
Growing up in a Spanish culture music has a big impact on my life. Having a party with no music and dancing is unheard of. Whether it's a baby shower, or a birthday party, music will be there.
