You might have seen or heard of Bollywood movies. They are dynamic. I mean they have varieties and different flavors. Mostly they depict Indian culture and religious shades. The most important and common part of Bollywood is music with Hindi songs. The music of a film in Bollywood plays an important role in deciding its faith and success. If songs are good, they become popular very soon. Finally, hit songs turn out to be the best.

Like Bollywood movies, Hindi songs are of different taste. They are of all types viz. romantic, emotional, full of sadness, inspiring, motivational, patriotic, devotional, and sometimes combination of these. In 1992, I got an album of the great Hindi singer Mohammad Rafi. The album impressed me a lot and created a space for Bollywood songs in my heart. I recollect some of the songs in that album were as follows.

~ Teri Galiyon Me Na Rakkhenge Kadam Aaj Ke Baad ~

~ Naseeb Me Jiske Jo Likha Tha, Wo Teri Mehfil Me Kaam Aaya ~

~ Maine Poocha Chand Se Dekha Hai Kahin, Mere Yaar Sa Hasin ~

These songs had excellent lyrics, awesome tunes and were very melodious. Apart from these, the golden voice of Mohammad Rafi was unforgettable. I loved these beautiful songs and used to play them multiple times a day. I did not know much about Bollywood at that time. Going through numerous old classic and modern new musical scores, I showcase my list of the 10 best Bollywood songs.

1. MAINE POOCHA CHAND SE DEKHA HAI KAHIN, MERE YAAR SA HASIN

Every time I hear this song, I feel refreshed. This beautiful song from the film "Abdulla" is an evergreen musical score. It's hard to find this type of combination. Flawless lyrics, a sweet tune, and a melodious voice makes this song one of best songs in Bollywood. You can also pick few lines from it and praise your beloved partner.

2. RAAHI MANWA DUKH KI CHINTA KYUN SATATI HAI, DUKH TO APNA SAATI HAI

This song gives the meaning of proverb "Old Is Gold". With this song you get the picture of real life. Meaningful lyrics, great music and a great melody makes this song truly unmatched. If you see its entire movie "Dosti", your eyes will get wet and you will realize the meaning of true friendship.

3. PAGH GHUNGARU BANDH MEERA NAACHI THI, AUR HUM NAACHE BIN GHUNGARU KE

Don't go with words, but see the song and enjoy yourself. A great song by great Kishore Kumar from the film "Namak Halal". It's a very entertaining song. You will go mad watching Amitabh Bachchan in this comic musical score. Beautiful lyrics, catchy tune, nice choreography,
