The Beating Heart
I belong not to myself, but
To one I know not.
His voice is a whisper upon my soul,
And I tremble with the power of my faith.
There exists an emptiness filled by he unseen
And I float just as I know I'm drowning.
And my wings they work, for surely I am soaring.
An undreamt dream stirs my heart from stillness.

Sometimes I hear you in the rustling of leaves

You are with me
I see you again
