Lowering blood pressure without medication

5 ways to immediately lower blood pressure:
1.) Take Co enzyme Q-10,Selenium & Vitamin E these are all very powerful antioxidants that will not only fight off free radicals but, if taken correctly, will allow your your body to repair it's own cells. This works on a molecular level, coating your cells for protection, which also in turn gives your body more energy by processing food faster.

2.) Take herbal supplements such as: Garlic(try odorless capsules, they won't make you sweat the smell of garlic), Cayenne Pepper, Tumeric & White Willow all thin your blood. These can be taken in the form of capsules or sprinkled over food, the key is to not to completely cook them into the food or you will loose some of their medicinal purposes. There are many herbs that thin your blood, try them out and see which one works best for you, also take into consideration any allergic reactions you may have had in the past. (*Warning:People with strong ragweed allergies cannot take some types of common herbs. Do your research! This is your health, this is your life!))

3.) Eat like an Asian. Have you ever noticed how Asian food is chopped up, usually made with lean meat & includes lots of vegetables. Add whole grain rice instead of white rice & almost every meal is extremely healthy and well balanced. This does not include fried (Americanized) Asian food. I'm talking about mainly stir fried with extra virgin olive oil and or lightly steamed veggies (overcooking loses its nutrients). This will allow for easier digestion. Eat smaller portioned meals five or six times daily & do not eat 2-4 hours before bedtime. You want to eat when your active & less when your stagnant, but never stuff yourself, eat slower & you will fill yourself instead. They always say Chinese food fills you up, but two hours later your hungry again. That should give you a clue that your metabolism is actually speeding up. Always watch salt and sugar we are simply genetically predisposed to adverse effects with aging. Your body needs some sugar and salt, but the older we get the more we have to curb our intake, our bodies just cannot process it fast enough(from the amount we're used to eating when we're younger). Every ones tolerance is different, but everyone has a top out level. Minimize your intake & it will minimize the problem.

4.) Exercise & Relax. Start by walking 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening for a week. Then increase to 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening the 2nd week. If this is too much you can try 15 minutes in the morning the 1st week, then add 15 minutes in the evening the 2nd week. Increase your morning walk by 15 minutes the 3rd week. Then increase your evening walk by 15 minutes the 4th week. Either way within a month you will be walking 1 hour per day. When you play well you will naturally relax well. People that exercise get better sleep, when you get better sleep your body works better. Meditation, Yoga & Pilate's are all helpful. But you may find that a brisk walk can prove to be quite relaxing for the mind. Exercise in itself can be a stress reliever.

5.) Regularly cleanse your colon. Whether you drink the yucky stuff or go to a clinic and have it surgically cleansed. There are so many toxins that line our intestines, without regular cleansing you can virtually disable yourself. You will feel better, lighter & will have more energy to do the things you want to do(like exercise). Digestive health goes hand in hand with cardiovascular health.

Follow these 5 steps and you will see and feel results within a month.
