The inner struggle we all have is the same. Each of us is haunted by the inner self who loves to stir the pot. You can get yourself really going, driving yourself completely nuts. It's called kicking your own fanny!
Surely by now in your life you have heard the phrase "misery loves company". Your ego is the friend inside you that loves the misery. The ego loves to say, come on lets be miserable, it's comfortable, we know it and it's our safe place. It feeds this information to our sub-conscious and away we go on the emotional roller coaster ride of our life. The ego loves trips down the garden path to destruction.
So most of us get all that. How do we loose the negative person inside us? Stop screaming easier said than done. Of course it is. Nothing worth having comes free or easy. But you can have bliss; you can have inner joy with some really simple steps.
The first thing that will help you positively the most, don't give up. Many times people give up just as transformation is about to occur. For example a marathon runner hits a wall around seventeen or eighteen miles. Their body screams you can do no more. Those runners who have learned to break through the wall find a renewed burst of energy that allows them to finish. It's a living hell to break the wall down. Many simply quit. But we are not going to quit!
If you hold on to a problem, the problem will stay. So let it go! Don't start with the; "you don't understand" my problem can't go away, won't go away. You are right! And the old faithful let it go, Yea Right! Here me out. If you focus your attention on the solution versus the problem, then obviously a solution will come. If you focus your attention on negative, negative will come like a flowing river. But also to, positive will flow like the same river. So what's your choice, win or loose? Win of course. Ninety Nine percent of your fears in your mind never come true. Oh my god we are going to loose this or that. My girlfriend is leaving me, whatever! Get your attention focused on a solution and off the problem.
If the problem persists in your head, cancel that thought and replace it with something else. Drink a sip of water every time you have a negative thought replace it with positive with sip of water. Move the negative thought through. Allow life energy to flow through you. If your thoughts are caught up on one thing, a negative outcome, it stands to reason you have created a traffic jam for positive energy to flow through you. The answer you seek is
