It is important that each person be laying their own foundation for their creativity to be expressed in this world. This directly affects whether we are able to receive the health benefits of sex.

A lot of physical diseases occur because one partner has a stronger foundation or integration with their purpose than their partner. There are many weighty issues brought to the surface from sex.

Our safety, security and trust must come from within us in order to have the full benefits from sex. If we haven't established this from within us then what is really happening is one or both partners is actually hooking and drawing the sexual energy from their partner.

We all have a blueprint to do with why we are here that comes from our Soul stepping some energy into a physical body. This is based in infinite love consciousness that is here to serve. If we bypass our own connection with our Divinity thinking that it comes through a partner then we are actually psychically plugging into our partner's blueprint or one that is a match for them.

This creates an enmeshed energy with them. Then when we are having sex with a partner we fail to be coming from an infinite love consciousness that is our true foundation. This creates dark clouds in the aura of both people.

This is then stops the flow of evolution because the activity is coming from a self serving fear based consciousness. What this is actually doing is wrapping a person and dumping energy on them rather than being an energy that transmutes discord with love.

This is one of the reasons there can be a lot of weight gained and lost at the beginning and ending of relationships. Fat is just enrgy that is blocked. The blockage comes from attachment through each other's energy centers and life stream whether you are engaging in sexual activity with them or not.

When both people are directly involved with integrating their divinity and hence their divine blueprint with their physical being in service this creates a more youthful vitality for both partners. This is because they are making love from a broader perspective than their 5 physical senses while having sex.

People that have this trinity set up in relationship are really "together" in relationship. You can tell by the radiant love vibration that emanates from them and to each other. This touches the other people around them as well because it does not wear a mask of light while the shadow elements go underground. The shadow dynamics in relationship get transmuted with Infinite love. People pick up on the energy between people whether they are conscious of it or not. The more embodied our soul essence becomes the more noticeable the energy dynamics between people becomes.

Going direct to the I Am Presence of our Being guides our choices aligning us with the appropriate moves and timing naturally, creating health benefits from sex that go far beyond the physical into every area of our lives.
