Mr. Gullible: The concept of mortality sucks. Death is inevitable. We all have to live with the fact that we can die at any moment. It's scary just to even think about that fact. Sometimes I wish I knew what happens when we die. Then I would be comforted by knowing. Then I could prepare myself for death.
What!? You say you know what happens when you die. Someone told you in a dream. You had a vision while meditating. You went on a journey and some mystical figure told you this secret. Tell me Tell me Tell me! I want to know what awaits me.
Mr. Corrupt: Ok I will tell you. There are 2 places you can go to when you die. One is heaven where you live in paradise forever with this all knowing all seeing being Called God and the other place you can go to is Hell where you will perish for eternity in a raging firestorm and on top of that demons will torture you.
Mr. Gullible: I want to go to heaven. That sounds like a nice place. How do I get there? I don't want to go to hell. That sounds like a horrible place. How do I stay away from there?
Mr. Corrupt: Ok I will tell you. You must obey and do what God wants you to do/do what I tell you to do and you will go to heaven. If you go against what God wants you to do, you will go to Hell.
Mr. Gullible: I will obey. I will do whatever it takes to stay away from that awful place called Hell. I can't go to hell. I can't go to hell. I fear of that place. I must obey my Gods teachings. Straying away from my god isn't an option for me. I live in fear. I live in fear. I must be good in the eyes of god. He's watching my every move. I can't escape his judgment. Mr. Corrupt To himself: I can't believe this guy is falling for my story. Look at him. He is doing everything I want him to do. He's totally devoted on getting to heaven. Now I can use him as a tool for my own benefit. He will be my pawn.
Mr. Corrupt: Now that I have told you the truth I want you to go and tell as many people as you can of this news.
Mr. Gullible: Ok yes I will I will. Narrator: Then the zealots grow and grow. They all believe the story is true. The guy that made up that story can now manipulate his followers as he pleases but on top of that he has to remain witty and keep the zealots in line. The word Religion is now born. If YOU READER do some research you will find manipulation through religion. It's inevitable. Some time Some where Someone gets taken advantage of. Ever heard of the word Gullibility?
