Through the years there have been many great tag teams, I will mention a few. Some of you out there may not have been watching wrestling for that long so some tag teams you may not know. The 80s were a great decade for wrestling. The tag teams were reeking with talent, at least most of them. Who can forget tag teams like LOD, the megapowers, the rockers, strike force, etc. Legion of Doom(LOD) was one of the most dominant tag teams of all time, capturing tag team gold in various countries throughout the world. LOD consisted of road warrior animal and road warrior hawk, sadly hawk died October 19, 2003 of a heart attack in his sleep.

The WWE has seen many great tag teams now and in the past. One of the greatest tag teams of this generation is the Hardy Boyz, consisting of Jeff and Matt hardy. When the Hardys first showed up in the WWE sporting their extreme wrestling styles and crazy clothing, I knew the wrestling world was in for a wild ride. I have to say that the Hardy Boyz would definitely go down as one of the best tag teams of all time. They have won countless titles together and in single competition, not to mention highlighting multiple ladder matches and TLC matches.

Some of their biggest rivals were Edge& Christian, and the Dudley boys. The Hardys and the Dudleys will probably go down as some of the most hardcore tag teams in the WWE. There were a lot of great tag teams over the years, who could forget the hollywood blondes ( Steve Austin& Brian Pillman), Demolition, The islanders, Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas, and many more? I have been watching wrestling for almost eighteen years now and I have seen a lot of greats come and go. I can only hope people will continue to watch and appreciate pro wrestling and everything these guys go through to put on a show.

I will be training to be a pro wrestler myself sometime soon, and I love to hear fan stories. I know wrestling will always be the best sport in my book and it'll never die. I just love seeing new talent arise in the wrestling world and love seeing the old wrestlers show up for special appearances. One of my favorite group teams of all time is the Four-Horsemen, I remember watching them evolve and get better and better. I would have to say there were a few controversial tag teams over the years, like billy& chuck, NWO, the outsiders, and more. Tag teams will live on forever and will always be a major part of the wrestling world.
