Effective leaders have the technical and managerial competence of professionals. Technical proficiency in accordance with the competence fields are managerial role in leading the demands of others. Skills are radiated in the action in select, educate, motivate, develop the relationship to work. Leading by example is one of the characteristics of an Effective leader.
An effective leader is able to harmonize the style with the situation and the people who are subordinates. All this needed to be able to recognize and understand the good and true that there will be a challenge and able to achieve the goals of the organization. The Leader also claimed to have the ability to work together and develop their subordinates and gain full trust from the team / organization.
A leader is able to adjust the step with the rhythm and all those who cooperate with it. Not only will impose its own style and rhythm.

Basic idea of this approach are: the effectiveness of leadership will greatly depend on a combination of leadership styles of the situation or context to the challenges faced by the environment. 1. Form a working group to the dynamic
