Lost Girl
Where is my knight in shining armour
Can he not see his girl is in distress?
My strength is quickly fading
Can he not see I get it from his love?
My heart is slowly dying
Can he not see the pain inside?
My fears are growing deeper
Can he not see I need security?
My faith is disappearing
Can he not see I need a sign?
His true love is silently sinking
Will he not save her before she's gone?

To absurd to hoist
the flag and foist
the candidate.
To absurd to grab for
hope when hope fills
no plate
White knights
In shining armor
Riding white horses
Battling evil doers
With goodness and justice
On their side
White knights
