Lost yet Forgotten
Cast aside into distant chance, fortune whispers through this place,
Entreating quickening glance with a modest pose and simple grace,
Adrift between virtuous fleeting thoughts, I am caught by surprise,
Stranded from words, I became speechless, being lost in your eyes,
Forlorn this distance between such stars, my ears bear only her song,
Lying down here softly with my wasted heart, with her I should belong
Weak and weathered, I escape this world as I fight to fall asleep,
For now in my mind I see you, for only you in my dreams I keep.

The heart makes when it breaks?
One softly spoken goodbye
Is all that it takes
Can you feel the pain
That
