Weight loss supplements: Do they really work?

I tried many weight loss supplements and all of them did not work as I expected them to be. In fact taking pills has their side effect to our body. At first you will loss weight but after awhile you will gain weight again and most of the time heavier than the weight that you have before taking weight loss supplements. It is better to go gradual and natural diet like eating the right foods and of course the quantity of food that you will be eating everyday. Many of the weight loss supplements today have their own disadvantages like they can affect your heart beat, loss in memory, you will feel dizzy and more. I heard many cases of side effect after taking pills like Bangkok Pills and other Chinese weight loss supplement pills. There are many ways to loss weight aside from taking weight loss supplement pills like eating the right foods, surgery and exercise. For me I would go for eating the right foods and exercise because they are natural and safe though Lap Band is non-surgery operation.

My suggestion is to eat more fruits and vegetables everyday plus plenty of liquids to fill your stomach. Another thing to do is you have to exercise at least 30 minutes three times a week. Actually you can do some exercise even if you are very busy everyday, like for example instead of riding why not walk if your office is not very far and you can reach there after five minutes. It is better to exercise if you have friends who are on diet too. They can motivate you to loss weight.

Eating fruits like papaya, banana, grapes, apple, melon and other fruits can help you loss weight naturally. For vegetables, it is better to choose leafy vegetables, carrots, cabbage, spinach, cucumber and etc. Foods rich in Fiber are good also to our health because they can help clean your internal organs. As I advised you also need to drink plenty of water. Drink more than eight glasses of water to wash your internal organs.

If you do not loss much weight in a week, don't be discouraged. It is normal because you are using natural weight loss program. By the way avoid poultry, fatty foods like red meat, beef, too much carbohydrates, sugar, salt and fats. If you want to eat chicken, remove the skin. Actually you can these foods but in small quantity. Do not skip any meals but in small quantity.

Lastly, maintain a healthy lifestyle so that you will stay sexy and healthy. About exercise I think you need to join a club who play outdoor games like volleyball, badmenton or maybe tennis.
