Grief is experienced when there is a loss of love ones. It can be the death of parents, spouse, children, a very close friend or even pets. There are various stages of grief. We experience grief when there is loss of our love ones. Each time we experience any death of friends or relatives or love ones, we learn new lessons. Through grief, we learned that life is so fragile. Life is precious. There are time where people just need to part. So we just got to live life to the fullest. Treasure life, treasure all the time that we have with those people that we love. Through the death of one of our love ones in life, we learn to treasure those people around us better. We fear losing others of our love ones!
Not all grief is the result of death. Couples that undergone divorce and separation experiences grief as much as the death of love ones. Separation and divorce is the loss of love ones as well. There are anger, hatred and despair over the loss of spouse. Grief of this kind teaches about where relationships go wrong. From these mistakes of the marriage, loss of spouse from divorce/separation, we learn that we must give and take to make marriages work. We learn the importance of communication and honesty and trust in the marriage. Facing grief from the first failure of a marriage help you to gain more experience in life. One would not make the same kind of mistake again in the second or coming marriage.
The first time you experience the death of love ones or experiences grief, you may not understand the process of it and how to cope with it. But facing grief is part of life. Through grief, you gain experience of real life. Through grief, you learn to be strong.
