The writer's office: What you really need

1) The first thing that your writers office really needs is a good computer and printer. I have a dell desk top and printer. I also recommend a good supply pf printing paper.

I think what you really need in your own personal writing office is for it to be big enough that you feel that is going to be enough space for you to work in.

2) The second thing that I think you need is big enough to hold your computer or lap top. Along with a comfortable chair for you to sit in with the long hours that you will be writing.

I recommend a chair with wheels. It gives you great support for your back and arms. It will also be great for your legs with all of the time you are going to spend sitting at your desk and, writing.

3) For my third choice I think that you should have not only good lighting from your ceiling, but also a good lamp on your desk for the extra light you will need, when you are going to writing after dark.

Sometimes if I am having a hard time falling a sleep at night, I get up and write on my computer. I have a small table by my bed that I keep my writing notebook that I write my essays in,

And I also keep my notebook that I write my rhyming poems in. Along with my journal, a dictionary, and my pen.

4) Some other things that I think that you should keep on your desk are, a pen and pencil holder, a dictionary, a stapler, paper clips, and a pencil sharpener.

The pencil sharpener that I use is an electric one. They are so much better than the old fashioned ones.

5) My fifth choice is my favorite books and pictures that I use for inspiration when I am having a case of writers block.

My writing office is in the basement of my house. When I am writing I have peace and quiet. Sometimes if I am in the mood, I will listen to music on my head phones.

Sometimes I do like some noise when I am writing. I think that the music gives me the inspiration and courage I need to be able to devote all of my spare time to writing.

I have a shelf by my computer were I keep a picture of my little dog Mario on. On top of my window sill are pictures of my two older brothers.

The pictures of my brothers like the music also gives me inspiration and courage.

6) A little refrigerator to keep something to eat and drink in. I think this is a good idea to help you concentrate on your writing when you get the munchies. It is also my opinion that if you have food near by you will not be distracted by hunger or thirst.

7) Notebooks, pens, and pencils. For when you feel the need to take a break from typing on your computer. This will help you to write down your ideas and thoughts.

So these are the things that I think you really need in your writing office. I love to write, so for now goodnight and write away!
