"Have I ever fallen in front of someone?" No, Lots of people? YES!
I was still in college, and I think it's important to set the scene here. I was attending The Ohio State University, which at the time was the second or third largest University in the country. There are people everywhere, and I mean everywhere.
It was a beautiful spring day. The weather was in the mid 60's, the grass was turning green and the trees were starting to bud. Which meant that everyone in the tri-state area, who had ever attended college at OSU or even thought they wanted to; was out on the greens.
There were students playing Frisbee, Hackensack, taking naps, reading, holding rallies and petitioning. Cars were driving and stopping, parking and being towed. It was a great day to be outdoors. The thing about being a college student as I am sure many of you know, but apparently I forgot that day, was that in your early college years you walked and walked and walked. And when you tend to cover over two and a half miles a day, you get a little sweaty.
It was later in the afternoon and I had been trekking thru
campus all day. I was in and out of buildings, up and down several flights of stairs, stepping over book bags and satchels; just trying to find that one seat in an auditorium of 300, that's

I had been on campus for about five hours that day and was heading to my crappy part-time job that I had as a student. Now I must say; I'm
a rather tall statuesque, young lady.
I have long arms and long legs and adequate sized feet to hold up my frame. When I walk people usually stare, and I stumble into doors and trip over pebbles as well as I breathe. I stand at about 5'9" and have an angelic little face that usually looks like, I'm up to something.
But today was special. I had been wearing my favorite shoes of the season, three inch, platform, black sandals with three little satin straps crossing my delicate size ten hoof. I loved these shoes, but they were nothing but trouble. Every time I wore them my feet would sweat, causing them to slide around and leave me stumbling for balance.
I was 100 yards away from my destination. I had approximately fifteen outdoor steps and one cobble stoned walkway to; another afternoon of daydreaming and mastering the art of seeming
