2007 NFL draft predictions

this year but it's obvious that the Texans need a strong and consistent back.

Ninth pick goes to the Miami Dolphins who will attempt to improve their defense by picking up Gaines Adams, defensive end out of Clemson. When healthy the Dolphins offense is strong, they are a defensive team at heart and will look to improve on that with this strong pass rusher.

Tenth pick will go to Atlanta who will finally attempt to get a receiver for Vick to throw to in Dwayne Jarret from USC. Jarret is a speedy receiver with the one thing that Vick needs...great hands. This will be a possible rookie of the year pick for 2007.

Eleventh pick is the 49'ers and they'll take Reggie Nelson, the Safety from Florida. Nelson was a staple on the defense that won the national championship and San Fransisco will look to bring those same qualities to the NFL to improve their dismal defense.

Buffalo will be looking to improve it's defense with the 12th pick in the draft. They'll do that with Jamaal Anderson, the defensive end out of Arkansas. Buffalo could be a decent sleeper team in 2007 and Anderson will help their cause.

St. Louis also needs to improve their defense and will look to do so with the addition of Lawrence Timmons, the outside linebacker from FSU.

With the 14th pick in the draft Carolina Pathers will be looking to improve their secondary with LaRon Landry, the cornerback from LSU.

The biggest weakness in the 2006 season for Pittsburgh were its cornerbacks. That said, they will take Darrelle Revis, who will have to make the trip accross town from Pitt.
