Guiding Soul Of Light
As my heart flutters
Thoughts of you
Come to mind.
I feel you near
And with each breath I take
I can feel your heart beat
With mine.
Taking what is here
As a spiritual connection
From far away
In another time and place.
Having you in my life
I am so thankful
To be here
Sharing the wisdom
Of the Great Spirit
And the feelings
Of unconditional love
Within a great friendship.
Every time the sun shines
It brings joy and peace
To my heart and soul.
Plus, knowing that today
Is a new dawning day
To explore
What it is that I am to do.
A deep inner knowing
That I can not fail
With the task at hand
Cause you are there
To help me see
Things through.
A prayer, a song
Some times will just do...
But all in all,
You are a special
Part of Life and of the Light.
