Poetry: A gentle touch

by Susan Overbey

Created on: April 14, 2009

I see time passing me by,
With broken wings,
I now fly.
A gentle touch upon my skin,
Letting passion now pass in.
No lies be told,
Behind closed doors,
What they don't know,
Is I want more.
A gentle touch deep within,
Fires lit,
No longer dim.
Growing stronger,
With each thrust,
All began with a gentle touch.
