Poetry: Difficult people

by Donna Nevill

Created on: April 14, 2009

You know who they are,
And so do I,
Those people who push
Your blood pressure high.

Their ideas are great,
And points of view,
They just never think
You might have some, too.

So loud and bossy,
But they will claim
The good of us all
Is their only aim.

Whatever you do
They pronounce wrong;
If it's not their way
It doesn't belong.

Retaliation's
Not good to do;
Others will deem you
As difficult, too.
