Ways to look and feel years younger than your age

There are several steps to take to help us delay the signs of aging. You have to work both from the inside out. Here are a few tips of how you can start from the inside,out.

1.Watch you sugar intake,too much sugar can break down collagen,when this happens lines start to appear.
2.Do not smoke. Smoking also breaks down the collagen which makes the skin appear thiner,which creates lines.


3.Drink the required amount of water per day, avoid soda which has fructose syrup.
4.switch from white bread to Wheat or whole grain. or if you can't eat wheat or whole grain, replace it with baked potato, without the cheese.
5.Eat more proteins, such as grilled chicken or steak and steamed or baked fish.
7.Eat more vegetables and fruits.
As with any diet consult your doctor first.

Yes it does sound like you have to change your diet,but it really works. And as far as what you have to do for the outside is, of course you know it, "exercise!" Try to walk,jog,or run at least 3 miles a day if possible. Add some weights to your workout and increase the weight every week this will make you stronger,add more muscle and give you more energy. Muscle doesn't have to be dramatic,but muscle helps the skin stay more in tacked. If you didn't have any muscle your skin will just sag more as you age. After doing this you will notice weight loss, of course this is good because excess weight can also make you age.

And last but not least start a skin care routine two times a day that includes cleansing,ex foliation and moisturize. As you moisturize you want to massage moisturizer upward, also take your fingers and tap slightly up an down around the face to increase the circulation around the face and eye area. And make sure you get enough rest and try not to stress to much,stress is a big contributer to the aging process. To relieve my stress,I simply take a deep breath and think "well it could always be worse" and this helps me go on in my day.

Doing all these steps has helped me stay younger, I know they will help you too.
