Some faded walls, an older room
Worn out furniture, a sense of gloom
On a budget or not, a makeover is needed
Top it off with imagination required
Redecorating!
If the task seems impossible
May be it's time for the unthinkable
Hire the help of a professional
This way you'll opt for unconventional
Redecorating!
Brainstorming with the decorator
For new ideas for the interior
Agree on suggestions of decoration
After all, it's time to take action
Redecorating!
A palette of colors, samples of materials
Drawings and portfolios make it official
Changes are in the air with results pending
Your choices will make the new look refreshing
Redecorating!
The smell of freshly painted walls
The new paintings hung in the hall
New window treatments added
The latest fashions to be presented
Redecorating!
Carpets, rugs and wooden floors
Came through the front door
Out went the old, in came the new
Everywhere you could see the crew
Redecorating!
Chemicals, sawdust and paint cans
Of all this mess I was no fan
As progress showed its face
I came to appreciate my new place
Redecorating!
As the final touch was made today
I saw it had to be done this way
The face lift my home needed so badly
Was worth every penny spent rightfully
Redecorating!
My beloved home would thank me if it could
As it escaped the past as it should
Its new appearance is fresh and bright
Its new look fill my dreams at night
Redecorating!

A lamp in the halls

They said the change would help.
I painted walls from blue to cream,
then rubbed stained door frames back to wood,
removed
