How to make homemade ice cream

Hello , I will tell you how to make homemade ice cream. First some basics in many ice cream composition is a cream, milk and eggs. Freezing temperature depends on how much sugar is in your ice cream. Ice cream , which had 25-30% sugar , freezes in -5 degrees cesium. Bigger sugar concentration ice cream froze in lower temperature. The most commonly produced in cream and fruit ice cream.Ice cream flavor can be coffee, cocoa, nuts, berries, wine, and vanilla.You will need Ice cream machine or at least Ice cream bucket .

MILK ICE CREAM

What you need:

70g Milk

4g Cream

1/5 Egg

23g Sugar

1/2g Gelatin

1/20 Vanilla rod

Egg yolks erased with sugar, diluted with hot milk mixed with cream and vanilla, mixing and heating to 75-80 degrees cesium.Cover with water, water-soaked gelatin in hot milk and stir until dissolved.Then pour into the milk-egg mass. Gelatin can be replaced by starch or wheat flour.When you add flour, milk boiled until green flour taste disappears .Prepared milk - egg mass filter through gauze and ice on the construction of 2 - 4 hours, the well-edematous. Then put your ice cream mass into the ice cream machine.
And that you got Milk ice cream!




COCOA ICE CREAM
What you need:
98g Milk ice cream
2g Cocoa powder
6g Milk
2g Sugar
Cocoa powder is erased with sugar , poured boiling milk, cool and mix with the creamy ice cream.Then put your ice cream mass into the ice cream machine.




COFFEE ICE CREAM
What you need:
98g Milk ice cream
2g Coffee
6g Water
2g Sugar
Coffee mixed with three times the amount of water, put sugar, boil, filter and poured into mixed creamy ice cream.Then put your ice cream mass into the ice cream machine.



HAZELNUT ICE CREAM
What you need:
90g Milk ice cream
10g Walnut kernel

Nuts washed , removed shell, cut and baked into oven, until a brown color. Then nuts smashed and nuts mixed together with ice cream.Then put your ice cream mass into the ice cream machine.



FRUIT ICE CREAM
What you need:
20g Strawberry
30g Sugar
2/5 Gelatin
1/5g Citric acid
1/2 Drop fruit essence
52g Water

Fresh berries of any selected, washed and pushed through a sieve. Seal poured boiled hot water, mixed and filtered. In the tea and pour the sugar and heated to 90 degrees Celsius. Then put water soaked gelatin. When the gelatin dissolves, mass cool, pour fruit Essen's, citric acid .Then put your ice cream mass into the ice cream machine.
