The word "condominium" is each time more present on a daily basis, especially if your are an owner of an apartment

And, in this context, in won't be probable that something apparently so simple like administering a condominium can occur peacefully.
In fact, administering a condominium is virtually impossible. If you live in an apartment, you'll surely understand why.

The closed society of modern times makes belonging to a condominium, in a way, an invasion to our privacy, having in mind that maintaining a building requires a convergence of wills and actions.
Adding to this, administering a condominium is also an act of courage. Since that it is complicated to arrive to agreements by the reasons already mentioned and even if you put your highest efforts and pay your part in the most honest and effective way possible you are bound to face an "opposition wing" that will criticize your acts as an administrator.

Nowadays, a condominium administrator needs to be on his best in terms of preparation to condominium meetings, so that he can, not only overcome the opponent's arguments, but also to be able to confidently conduct meetings and demonstrate results and solve problems of common interest.
