My heart is fragile and can easily break
Its love is endless no matter what is at stake
It trusts anyone who means a lot to him
It is filled with forgiveness to the rim
Handle with care!
My mind is tickled by its natural curiosity
It is an eternal learner in search of diversity
Its imagination like the sky, has no limits
Its memories are priceless unless Alzheimer's hits
Handle with care!
My senses guide me through life without a doubt
They provide me with the vision of my future route
The sound of your voice, the smell of a feast
The taste of sugar, feeling the wind from the East
Handle with care!
My lungs breathe deeply the fresh country air
Beware of the second hand smoke that stinks up my hair
The pollution of the city that lurks around buildings
The chemicals that affect the health of my siblings
Handle with care!
My back supports me regardless of the conditions
It always offers me its best regardless of my actions
While therapeutic massages would benefit thee
I often forget to treat my back as it does me
Handle with care!
My hands always take charge of my needs
They do as required to care for the body it feeds
Comforting, creating, hygiene and even working
They are the source of all actions and creations
Handle with care!
My feet get me from point A to point B every day
They are not demanding, have no complaint to say
They are always giving me their best performance
Regardless of speed, surfaces and distance
Handle with care!
My emotions are the thermometer of my personality
They are unique to me, keeping me from anonymity
They come with bad habits, faults and a temperament
They describe my attitude, my joys and my fears of predicaments
Handle with care!
My age does not matter as it is a sign of maturity
My beliefs, my origins, my religion reflect on my personality
My sex, my sexuality should not diminish my value as a human
My choices and mistakes tell you who I am, as a man or woman
Handle with care!

before their anger consumes the planet again.

Be gentle as you handle me,
I am so sensitive you see.
I see, I feel, I react,
I live and thrive,

The laws of nature are not bound by our own
It shall retaliate with vengeance and death
Yet we insist that it transform itself
