Frog eyed boots.

I love my bright green Welli-boots,
with frogs eyes by the toes,
I love to jump in squishy holes,
and try get water up my nose,

my Mum is not so sure, she says,
"some oldies don't like splashing".
But when I get their trousers wet,
they smile and say, "he's smashing".

I guess those that I meet ain't like,
those ones my mother seems to know,
perhaps they don't like rain and cold,
or splashing in the melting snow,

but I just love my frog eyed boots,
and how on landing water scoots.
