People use Internet every day. The contents of this magnificent technology could be accessed by all level of people, from the elderly to the young children. Eventually, without a proper measure taken to control the access of Internet, those young minds will become vulnerable to many types of threat from the internet itself. Obviously, the internet should be censored and monitored extremely closely by the authorities.

The issue of internet censorship has been debated in the highest legal constitution level since the last decade. The term "censorship" and "monitor" had their own difference. The term "censorship" refers to the banning or blocking of some explicit website that might oppose threat to the viewers. The term "monitor" carries the meaning of an action to observe, to check, to track or to keep under surveillance. From the definition, we know that to censor is stricter than to monitor.

Everybody knows about this issue, which have already become one of the most important issues in the whole world. Pornography was a bad influence on the young minds if no proper and immediate action was taken to cope with this problem. New technology always raises new ethical concerns. From the Encyclopedia of Ethics in Science and Technology (Nigel Barber), the internet was referred as bringing the standard of sexual morality of one society into collision with another. It was also mentioned that the purpose of internet censorship is to protect the children from exposure to pornography and from becoming the subject of pornography.

As stated before, the legal action for internet censorship was not yet been taken. As we know, internet censorship is very crucial to limit the young minds from bad influence. However, do we know what the effects of uncensored internet contents on the adults? What is the problem posed by internet if there is no censorship? As stated in the book Computer Confluence (George Beekman, 2002), without proper censorship, the internet will become overtaken by scams, hoaxes, credit card thefts, forgery, pornography hustling, sabotages and many others. He had also written that the internet had clearly lost its innocence. The rapid growth and the commercialization of the internet lead to many social problem that raised important political question. By leaving the internet
