Poetry: Broken & lost

by Andreia Amaral De Sousa

Created on: April 09, 2009

"Unrecyclable"

You've chopped it up,

You've crumbled it all,

Burnt it away

Your evil boiling self

Deviously turned into minus soul

Ten feet beneath growth

Digging out vanity,

You're buried delusion,

Miss lethargy,

Beautifully fated to deteriorate

Inpatient in hell centre

On intensive careless therapy,

Your placebo sized brain

Holds no past ethical history,

Acutely infected existence!

What is left over your essence

Besides self-devouring pettiness?

Which isn't much of a choice...

Whenever you binge, whatever you crave,

Emptiness is all you became.
