Hair growth

Many times we tend to complain about the length of our hair. "It's too short, too long, it never grows". I have tried a few things that have worked in the process of my hair growth. There is a hair treatment set called, Ojon that was created by native Americans that not only helps your hair grow, but leaves it looking shiny and healthy as well. You find this product for less than $100 at ULTA, and Sephora. It has a sugary yet tobacco scented hair mask that will make your hair feel soft and manageable. You can either get the complete set that includes the whole treatment with shampoo and conditioner as well as the hair mask, or just the hair mask, but I recommend you try the whole treatment. Another way I found useful in the hair growth process is by taking prenatal vitamins (helps your skin and nails as well). You don't have to be pregnant in order to take prenatal vitamins, they just happen to have folic acid, vitamin D, vitamin A, and many more included, so that you don't have to take different supplements. If you don't want to take prenatal vitamins, I have found that multivitamins work just as well and making sure that you get your hair trimmed regularly is always helpful. Some people may also find that wearing braids (using extensions) helps your hair grow as well, because your hair is free from chemicals and heat styling products that can all be detrimental to the health of our hair. For those who get frequent relaxers, that can sometimes derail your hair from growing, because the chemicals that relaxers contain can damage your hair greatly. African American women will find that, if they stop putting relaxers in their hair and begin to grow out their hair naturally, that it makes a profound difference in the way your hair grows as well as how fast or long. Hair growth is definitely a struggle for many people, but in many cases, I think it is a struggle that can be overcome. I know that growing up, I kept my hair braided regularly for years, and then I hit high school and began to glue hair weaves to my hair, which caused hair breakage as well as hair loss. Since then, I have stopped using hair weaves and started letting my natural hair prevail, and my hair has not only grown a lot, but its also noticeably healthier. If you follow your regular hair care regimen to getting healthy hair as well as these tips, I think your hair will start to grow in no time.
