The pastor explained it was your time, but for a twelve year old is more like a crime,
The man in my life I admired the most, now just a memory, now just a ghost,
Visions of you came while I slept, to myself they were kept,
Daddy's little girl is what I longed to be, without you that wouldn't happen for me,
To your grave is where I now walk, when its you to whom I need to talk,
Not a word of response do I hear from you , but the sun shines bright and the sky turns blue,
At this I am elated, a sign from heaven is what this has stated,
A symbolic kiss from above, from my dad to whom I so love,
Keeping you alive in my heart is what I vow, memories are all I have now,
